Indianapolis, Indiana – Marketing Werks, an industry leader in experiential and mobile marketing, selected the Indianapolis Air Show as an event where they will feature their Zhu Zhu Pet Universe Exhibit. Amy Perkins, Sponsorship Director, said “Knowing the popularity of the Zhu Zhu pets, we are sure children will be dragging their parents here all weekend to see this exciting exhibit in Marsh’s Kids Zone.”
Zhu Zhu Pets™ drive around in little cars, zip up ramps and spin down slides, run in their hamster wheels, and get into all sorts of crazy situations. Their artificial intelligence even allows them to know what room of their hamster habitat they are in. They make toilet-flushing or teeth-brushing sounds when they enter the bathroom and sleeping noises and alarm-clock sounds when they go into their bedroom.
The Indianapolis Air Show will take place June 11th – 13th, 2010 at Mt. Comfort Airport. Dollar for dollar, the Indianapolis Air Show provides action packed family fun and this spectacular, community event is only weeks away. In the air you will see wing walkers, aerobatics, smoke, military planes and a flying circus. On the ground crowds can enjoy a Hot Air Balloonathon which will include an appearance by Bud. E. Beaver. This balloon stands 100 feet tall and weighs over 700 pounds and will be visiting the air show on Friday evening. Other activities include a Monte Carlo Silent Auction event, an Antique Car Show, a Remote Control Air Show and more.
Franklin's Flying Circus & Air Shows presents Sons of Legends. The pilot is Kyle Franklin who is the only son of legendary airshow pilot Jimmy Franklin. He is married to the beautiful Amanda Younkin, who is the daughter of the legendary airshow pilot, Bobby Younkin. Kyle and Bobby Younkin are the pilots – although Amanda can fly as well. At age 14 Kyle went for his first flying wing-walk on the Waco "Mystery Ship" and by the time he was 17, he was wing-walking professionally at airshows around the country as the world's youngest wingwalker. He and Jimmy also made up the first father/son wing-walking team in history.
Other performers include the world's only P-51 Horsemen Aerobatic Team and the Military class will be represented by the USAF A-10 (Thunderbolt II) East Demo Team and the US Navy F/A-18 E/F Super Hornets. Red Bull Air Race champion, Michael Goulian and his Extra300SHP is just one of the exciting civilian performances scheduled this year.
