Wisconsin Aviation Academy Flight Training Opportunity/Scholarships

$50,000 Available for High School student Flight Training!!!        Wsiconsin Aviation Academy (WAA) currently has 8 FLIGHT TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS available to High School students who would like to learn to fly.  WAA provides unmatched opportunities for underrepresented youth to learn planning, discipline, and communication skills while learning to fly for free!     Wisconsin Aviation Academy is located at Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport on Highway 51 between Janesville and Beloit, Wisconsin.    The generosity and success of Southern Wisconsin AirFEST over the last 8 years has enabled area youth to experience the following unique programming opportunities with WAA:   ACE - Aviation Career Exploration Field Trips to Oshkosh AirVENTURE, Madison 115th Fighter Wing, 128th Refueling Wing in Milwaukee, United Air Lines Operations Center at O'Hare Field, Woodward Governor and Hamilton Sundstrand in Rockford, FAA control Tower in Janesville, Guest Speakers from Airlines, Military, and Aviation Universities, Career Mapping FlyGIRLS - Programming just for the Girls.  This program provides opportunities for aspiring female aviators to spend time together on projects and activities outside of the male-dominated industry of aviation.   H.S.
