Vlado Lenoch and the P-51 Mustang   At the 2009 ICAS Convention, the United States Air Force confirmed earlier reports that the civilian portion of the U.S.A.F Heritage Flight program will no longer be funded by the Air Force.  While the Air Force will continue to sanction the Heritage Flight program with approved civilian pilots, civilian costs associated with the inclusion of the Heritage Flight will now be an event expense.
