Small plane lands on top of another at Junin aerodrome from Diamond Pilots by TheKathrynReport | The freak accident occurred when the two aircraft used the same runway. Apparently the cause of the incident was the lack of controls in the tower at the aerodrome of Junin, in Buenos Aires Province. Fortunately there were no fatalities, although one of the pilots was injured with several broken bones. The incident occurred when the two agricultural planes, spraying crops in the area, used the same runway and one was forced to descend on top of the other, when it was about five or ten feet high. Many attribute the cause of the accident to the lack of an air traffic controller in the tower of the airfield, which has been empty for a year now. SOURCE
