For the fourth time, Sri Lanka holds the Hot air festival. This year the event started on 19th March, 2011 at Sigiriya and it will continue untill April 02, 2011 in different part of the country. Hot balloon rides in Sri Lanka was started in 2003. This time forty participants are in the festival both local and foreign countries like UK, USA, Italy, Germany, Japan and Switzerland.
