Free and open to the public, the fly-in is one of seven held around the country this year by the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, a Frederick, Md.-based trade group for pilots....

But much like fellow American Kirby Chambliss (who finished ninth) Goulian flew well despite sweltering heat on May 18, only to log a lackluster time.
