GOLF TOURNAMENT TO BENEFIT 
GLENN H. CURTISS MUSEUM
HAMMONDSPORT, NY- July 25, 2013 - The Curtiss Museum Golf Classic will be held on Monday,   August 19 at the Bath Country Club, 330 May Street in Bath. All golfers are invited to participate in this 18-hole scramble-format tournament to benefit the Glenn H. Curtiss Museum in Hammondsport.

The event will begin with a continental breakfast at 8 am, followed by a 9 am tee-off. Foursomes will   enjoy free refreshments on the course, as well as a free well drink at the bar and a buffet luncheon in the club dining room after play. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 net winning teams and the top 3 gross winning teams. Photos taken of each foursome during play will be available to the players.

The cost to participate in the Curtiss Museum Golf Class is $400 per foursome and includes carts. Tournament sponsorships are also available to businesses and individuals for $1,500.
Foursome 2012 According to Curtiss Museum Executive Director Trafford Doherty, "The tournament is a great day of golf and a great way to support the museum. More than thirty thousand people visit the museum each year to learn about the contributions of Glenn Hammond Curtiss to early aviation and transportation. The Golf Classic is our biggest fundraiser and everyone who participates helps us to maintain our superb collections and ensure that the museum will be here to serve the community for many years to come."
