Our trip to the south was eventful from beginning to end. Departing the still wintery Great Lakes area our feisty P210 was picking up ice during night instrument flying. Raeleen (an airline pilot) and Anthony decided to divert to
Beckley, WV where the crew waited until morning to continue on to Greenville, SC. Despite being delayed due to weather the reception in Greenville was amazing!
Carefully planning around thunderstorms, we did manage to make it to Sun 'N Fun. When the weather was good, it was very good. But when it was bad... whoa! Tornado warnings had people seeking shelter midway through the show when twisters finally did touch down nearby. During the aftermath among the 50 or so wrecked aircraft were aviators and enthusiasts determined to clean up and move on. And they did.
Sun 'N Fun finished like it started... spectacular! The
Aviators will be bringing you exclusive behind the scenes action of the air show including insider footage with Lucas Oil performer Mike Wiskus, the Aeroshell Aerobatic Team, and the one and only US
Navy Blue Angels.
We like to thank the countless fans who approached us during our shooting with all the encouraging words. And we'll tell you what we told them... if you liked season one, then season two will blow your socks off! :-)

- Production of season two is well under way and we hope to premiere it again live at AirVenture in Oshkosh, WI this July.
- The Aviators will be at the Canadian Aviation Expo April 30th & May 1st. We'll be exhibiting our spectacular display and will also be filming as some pilots get an experience of a lifetime (stay tuned).
- Our season two shooting calendar is just about full but we continue to receive many invitations to events. We consider ALL invitations but please bear in mind that we need plenty of lead time for production planning.
