Jacobson was one of three area people chosen to ride with Blue Angel No. 7 Wednesday. But because clouds had settled in, Chippewa Valley Air Show co-chair Lonnie Kolar was the only one who got to ride. Jacobson had to wait until this morning.

Jacob’s four brothers — 5-year-old twins Caleb and Isaac, 3-year-old Eli, and 2-year-old Levi — have all been on numerous flights with their parents, Brian and Ruth-Ann. And each one has professed a desire to be a pilot someday.
