2013 SWCAS conference

The 2013 Southwest Council of Air Shows conference will be held on February 8-9 in Sacramento, CA at the Sheraton Grand Sacramento Hotel.

The theme will be 360 degree marketing and airshow safety

Tentative agenda:

February 8 (Friday):

• Afternoon visit to the California State Railroad Musuem (optional for early arrivals)
• Cocktail welcome reception (hosted bar)

February 9 (Saturday):

• 8:00: Full breakfast in meeting room
• 9:00: Opening remarks
• 9:30: Keynote Speaker Clarence E. “Bud” Anderson WW2 P-51 Mustang pilot & triple ace
• 10:30 – 12:00: Round table discussion/lecture
• 12:00 – 12:30: Working lunch
• 12:30 – 5:30: Round table discussion/lecture
• 6:30: Hosted dinner

Only $145 for the conference + annual membership

(this rate is good until December 31, 2012. On January 1, 2013 the rate will increase to $165)
