That report comes from All American Patriots, a Web site that tracks contracts awarded by the Department of Defense. The work will be performed in Indianapolis, and it is expected to be completed in December 2010. The Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting agency. (Star report)
