Seven decades of flying - AF.mil | Retired Col. Clarence Parker has flown aircraft for more than 70 years. He was an instructor pilot and flew missions during World War II, the Berlin Airlift, the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Colonel Parker decided to hang up his wings by flying his final flight May 20, 2011, at the Valdosta Regional Airport in Valdosta, Ga.
