For the first time, aircraft buyers and sellers at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh will be able to rely on more than handbills, want ads and word-of-mouth, as the "Spirit of Aviation Auction" will be held on the AirVenture grounds on Saturday, July 31.
The auction, conducted by REDC and Auction.com, in conjunction with EAA, will feature all types of consigned aircraft, from privately owned recreational aircraft to rare vintage and warbird airplanes, and larger general aviation planes. It will be the only aircraft auction held on the grounds at Oshkosh and in partnership with EAA. ...
