Remote Parking

 

NEW THIS YEAR

 

For your convenience, we have secured two remote parking areas.

One location is at Blackhawk Technical College, 6004 County Road G (aka Prairie Avenue), just a couple miles south of the airport. Access to this parking lot can also be reached from Highway 51.  

 

The second locations is at the vacant LSI building.  LSI is located on Venture Drive, which is just north of the interstection of State Highway 11 and County Road G (aka Prairie Avenue) just a couple miles northeast of the airport.

 

Buses from both locations will transport you directly to the AirFESTgate. 

 

There is a $2.00 transportation fee per person (children 5 and under are free) for roundtrip rides to AirFEST.  Parking is FREE!

Buses will run from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. continously.

 You can bring your lawn chairs on the buses as well!  NO FOOD or coolers are allowed on the AirFEST grounds.

2009 ABC Supply Southern Wisconsin has a staggering amount of static displays, including the United Hot Air Balloon, C-135, C-130, Blackhawk helicopter, Texan, and several F-18's in addition to the Blue Angels'.  We'll also have a  Kidz Zone play area, Flight Simulators, Playstation 3 trailer, concessions stands, souvenir vendors and the Rock County Medical Society Health Fair Tent compliment the 2009 ABC Supply Company Southern Wisconsin AirFEST.  Bring a lawnchair or blanket, and plan to spend the day . . . the 2009 event truly has something for everyone!
