Air Force plans retirement ceremony to commemorate F-117

A retirement ceremony to honor the contributions of the F-117A Nighthawk will take place at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Mar. 11.
The event will begin at
10 a.m. and will take place at Base Operations Hangar 206N. An F-117A from the 49th Fighter Wing at Holloman AFB, N.M. will be displayed and a flyover is scheduled to occur at 10:25 a.m. to conclude the ceremony.

Red Bull Aerobatic Helicopter to Perform at EAA AirVenture

The only aerobatic helicopter show in North America will appear at EAA AirVenture Oshkosh 2008. Red Bull's BO 105 CBS helicopter, a stock Eurocopter/Messerschmitt Boelkow Blohm (MBB), will perform its unique maneuvers during the annual event scheduled July 29-August 3 at Wittman Regional Airport in Oshkosh.

Evansville Airport to Operate Golf Course

The board of the Evansville Regional Airport is expected to get the deed to an adjacent golf course in a few days. The Evansville Courier & Press reports Vanderburgh County Commissioners have approved a plan for 220 acre Hamilton Golf Course to become property of the airport board.

ATA Ceasing Service at Midway Airport
