Sinclair Community College Extends Air Show Sponsorship

Dayton, Ohio –Sinclair Community College (Sinclair) announced today that it will continue as
the exclusive education sponsor of the Vectren Dayton Air Show presented by Kroger. The
education category includes traditional higher education along with specialty training for pilot
certification, aviation maintenance, aviation dispatcher and flight attendant. Sinclair has held
the exclusive education sponsorship since 2005. Previous sponsor agreements with Sinclair
were for one-year periods. The new agreement extends the partnership for an additional
three years or through 2012

Announcing the exclusive Education Sponsorship renewal and extension, Dr. Steven Lee
Johnson, president and CEO of Sinclair Community College, stated “Our partnership with the
Vectren Dayton Air Show has always been beneficial. We look forward to continuing our
relationship and reaching more potential students for our aviation program.”

The 2010 Vectren Dayton Air Show is tentatively scheduled for July 17th and 18th.
