Pilots Sue ATA from Headlines - Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick - Indianapolis-based ATA Airlines and its parent company are the targets of a lawsuit filed by the Air Line Pilots Association, Intl (ALPA). The suit accuses ATA of violating the federal Workers Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act by not giving its workers notice before the airlines shut down on April 3. ALPA is asking for 60 days back pay and benefits, with interest.
