F-22 RAPTOR HEADING TO THE CENTRAL COAST!   The California International Airshow is proud to host the F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team from Langley Air Force Base, led by Pilot - Major Henry "Schadow" Schantz.  The F-22 Raptor will make its debut over the Central Coast this fall for the 31st Annual California International Airshow - September 23-25th.  The combination of sleek aerodynamic design and increased thrust allows the F-22 to cruise at supersonic airspeeds (greater than 1.5 Mach) without using afterburner - a characteristic known as supercruise. Can't wait to see this jet scream overhead in September!   -special ticket link- Sean D. Doin' the Triple Ribbon Cut! Local Favorite, Sean D Tucker will be heading back to the California International Airshow this September in that Bright Red Biplane - the Oracle Challenger III.  Sean D Tucker was inducted into the National Aviation Hall of Fame in 2008, joining the likes of Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, Chuck Yeager and the Wright Brothers! Robosaurus Ripping back into Salinas! He's BACK - He's HUNGRY and he's looking for some HEAVY METAL! Robosaurus will be at the California International Airshow September 23-25th. At 58,000 lbs it takes alot to fill him up!! Robo enjoys a car-b-que....especially on a Friday Night!
