September 30, 2010 – The Oxcart Legacy Tour panelists, Mike Schmitz, and Connie Pardew arrived at CIA Headquarters for a facilities tour, no-host lunch in the cafeteria, and photo session in the CIA Seal. Toni Hiley provided the panelists with a very enlightening tour of the CIA museum. At 1430 hours, the group gathered for the final panel presentation to CIA workforce in the Bubble auditorium. The event was closed to the Public, however Peter DeForth, Dr. Robarge, and Toni Hiley arranged a photo shoot for tour guest Annie Jacobsen and Roger Andersen's guest, Linda Cady before the arrival of the panelists. Panelist Dr. Bob Abernethy departed the panel after two days and for this last panel former Lockheed test pilot Bill Weaver joined the tour.
Billed as -- "CIA's A-12 OXCART: A Legacy of Unmatched Innovation", all the panelists participated in the fifth and final panel presentation in the CIA's Auditorium ("The Bubble") at CIA's Headquarter s complex off of Dolley Madison Boulevard in McLean, Virginia. Presentation included a panel presentation moderated by Dr. Robarge, slideshow and videos. Event Coordinator was Toni Hiley, CIA museum staff. The panelists loved the CIA theme song to the beat of the Village People's YMCA song. Barnes said it compares to the Mickey Mouse theme song he and his fellow Lowly Smacks sang as they returned from class to enter the OCS Robinson Barracks at Fort Sill back in the 1960s.
