Flight Plans Banner

Boeing BeeThe Boeing Bee has arrived! This morning, our crew moved the B-17 to its summertime home on the Museum's East Lawn. The Bee will be on view for a limited time - don't miss the opportunity to see this historic aircraft!

Join us in celebrating the B-17 and the 95th anniversary of the Boeing Company during our
Heroes of the Homefront celebration on Saturday, July 16. The day includes a visit from a WWII reenactment crew,  swing dance lessons, drawings for tours of the Boeing Bee, special presentations and a fly-in with a
B-25 and P-51.

From 6 to 10 p.m. on July 16, the Harry James Orchestra, directed by Fred Radke, featuring Gina Funes, will perform for our Hangar Dance party celebrating the B-17... and presale tickets are only $17!

Our annual 27 Flags presentation by members of Skyway Post 9430 of the Veterans of Foreign Wars is on Monday, July 4. Celebrate our nation's birthday with a salute to all 27 versions of the flag that have represented our country, starting with the 13-star flag authorized by Congress in 1777. This program is only the beginning of a summer of great activities throughout the Museum. Check out the calendar to see what else is in store!
