Too Low -- Almost

The pilot-in-command of a Swedish air force C-130H Hercules that violated minimum flying altitude regulations last year is temporarily suspended from operations pending an investigation into the incident. The aircraft performed a very low level fly past at Flugebyn Airfield, outside Karlsborg, Sweden, after completing an exercise with the Swedish armed forces para school -- but dropped to less than 15 ft. above the grass runway while doing so. The minimum altitude allowed for such a maneuver is 100 ft.
